Preparing Surface ( grading to flat and level).Second step.} Spraying tar onto the surface.Third step.) a thin layer of gravel is applied over the tar .Fourth step.) Roll surface (compact it)_ They repeat steps two to step four again for a total of two complete surface coating. In my opinion,I like it …Job well done.
